We have two kinds of crawlers. The Common Crawler can extract files in XML or CSV format and the Dedicated Crawler can extract any other kind of file.

“Unknown Categories” allow you to link two categories that do not have the same name in the merchant catalog and in the marketplace. By linking them together, the catalog will be automatically inserted into the right category when it is imported by the merchant.
A product page contains the pictures and the description of the goods, whereas the offer page contains the price, the quantity and the shipping cost (which depends on the merchant). One product can have several offers (from different sellers).

Our solution costs only 2% or less of your revenue with a minimum of $99 and an upper limit of $4000 a month. The subscription cost will vary in function of your income and catalog size.

Yes, our solution is open source, so you have access to the source code in order to develop it further. We keep access to the Datal Access Layer proprietary, however, which tells us which subscription corresponds with your marketplace.
Yes, you can use any currency of your choice.
Yes, our solution can be used in any country, language, and currency.
First, the administrator will define the shipping zones. Second, the merchant will define his full shipping cost per zone. Finally, the merchant will define the shipping cost fee for his products. In fact, if a customer is buying more than one product from the same merchant, he is going to pay the full shippping cost for the first item and a smaller fee per item added. The merchant can also define free shipping costs based on a certain cart amount.
Our solution comes with a default Front Office, complete with all of the features. We also provide some examples of templates that you will be able to use. You can choose to use our templates or design your own. It is entirely customizable, so you can add or subtract features and edit the design to your heart’s content.
You can show ads on your website; you can manage your platform as you want.
The VAT is directly managed between the merchant and the customer. The only VAT the marketplace takes into account is the one taken on the merchant commission.

Our solution is built on a CMS that we developed from scratch in order to have a platform that is dedicated to marketplace business and workflows. We use C# technology and many frameworks, you can find more information here.
It depends on the payment gateway used. There are two options: the first one being that you will receive the payment and then pay your merchant minus the commission plus the shipping cost; the second one being that the payment gateway will automatically pay you the commission and pay the merchant the difference. Depending on your region, the first solution may require special agreements.
You can use your existing domain name or create a new one. To use an existing one, you will have to configure your server and redirect your domain name to this one.
You can interface your Magento platform with our platform via an API. However, if you do not use specific modules on Magento, it will be easier for you to directly work from our solution. You’ll have to export your Magento catalog through our crawlers to our platform and update it from the back office merchant.
Yes, our solution supports any kind of product or service.
Yes, you can add serial codes when the merchant validates the order. Once the order is approved, the customer will receive the serial code of the product through a confirmation e-mail.
The cost of the subscription is based on your MarketPlace income and the size of your catalog, it will vary every month according to the highest of these two numbers in your marketplace.
On a product, you can configure the size format and the quantity available per size. This is what we call a declination (every product has one). Then, you can link the same products with different colors using cross-selling.
You can import your merchant catalogs to your MarketPlace using our API’s or crawlers. Use the common one to extract XML and CSV files and the dedicated one to extract any kind of files. We have modules for Prestashop, Magento and Shopify to let merchants easily export their catalogs to your marketplace.
You will need some knowledge in HTML, CSS, Razor and Javascript if you want to create your own template. If you want to develop your own modules, you should know C# and Asp.Net MVC 4.0.

Yes, our solution is completely customizable. You can change product pages from operator mode or from the merchant back office.
You will pay the estimated monthly cost at the beginning of the month.
At the end of each month we will adjust the paid amount to the income and size catalog actually reach during the month:
If you overvalue your income and/or your catalog size, we will pay you back the difference.
If you undervalue your income and/or your catalog size, you will have to pay the difference.
In our solution, sellers and buyers need different logins, but with a bit of development, sellers and buyers could able to use the same login.
Our front office is SEO compliant and responsive for both smartphones and tablets.
The merchant downloads the invoice in his back office and the customer can access it from his account.
The commission is negotiated between you and the merchant. It can be changed from one merchant to another.
